Clinical Staff

Jill Holden, MSPT, Owner

Jill Holden received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 1993 and also graduated from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Her areas of specialization include spinal stabilization training, manual spinal rehab, functional training and geriatric rehabilitation. Jill enjoys developing individualized programs for each person she sees in the clinic.

Jill worked for Munson for 11 years doing home care physical therapy. Now she enjoys providing home visits for FAST Physical Therapy patients who are unable to come to the clinic. She is able to improve people's quality of life where they are having the most difficulty--in their homes.

Jill enjoys Irish dancing, hiking, biking, and downhill skiing with her husband and two daughters. She is also dedicated to the continued development of The Greenspire School, Traverse City's independent Montessori Middle School.
