Group Fitness TrainingUltimate Boot CampAre you ready for an invigorating workout experience? The Ultimate Boot Camp Workout at FAST will lead you through high intensity functional strength training and cardio interval exercises. It is designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning LOTS of calories. The workout moves quickly, taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Each workout is 50-55 minutes. Participants should be at least an intermediate fitness level. |
