Lauren Moss, Patient Representative

Lauren Moss grew up in Traverse City, Michigan and attended Traverse City Christian High School. Lauren excelled in the sport of skiing and won High School Regional's in SL in 2003 and was named all-state in skiing for class BCD in 2001, 2002, & 2003. She then went on to the College of Idaho to ski collegiately and study Exercise Science. She graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Minor in Coaching in 2007.

Lauren is currently a technician at FAST Physical Therapy and is responsible for assisting our staff with their physical therapy patients as well as training FAST Fitness athletes. She is also USSA level 100 certified ski coach.

Outside of work she enjoys working out, skiing, road biking, tennis, cooking, watching movies, and coaching for the Grand Traverse Ski Club.
